Here's the first footage of the Pokémon Battles for HoloLens. As you can see, it's still very much a work in progress, but we're really excited about working on it. As always, if anyone wants to help out, let me know!
Looks like it could be promising, especially if it's applied to something like Yu-Gi-Oh with an arena and huge monsters, but the Pokemon Go route I would think is simpler considering the general idea and software exists for the phone, but with hololens it would be possible to not only give verbal commands but potentially allow you physically throw a poke ball, I would think there would be more invested in this considering all of the issues with people not looking where they are going, this would keep you from fully being distracted by looking at a screen in your hands
